Thermolaminated
Thermolaminated doors and panels from Polytec’s beautifully crafted range, will add character to your home. From sleek, minimalistic designs to decorative, shaker doors, we can supply a style that will complement your kitchen. Thermolaminated doors and panels are made from profiled moisture resistant E-Zero MDF, constructed with a durable and decorative surface on the face and edges. The result is a stylish, fully profiled door. It’s thermoformed surface makes it resistant to the usual knocks and bumps of a busy household, ensuring your kitchen will remain a showpiece for years to come. Thermolaminated doors and panels are available in a range of colours, profiles and surface options.
All surfaces are non-porous and easy to clean, and so will retain their beauty, providing years of trouble free service.
Category 4, Thermolaminated Cabinetry
Two Pack Polyurethane
Two Pack Polyurethane doors and panels are available in the same profiles as our thermolaminated doors and are a fantastic option if you want a particular colour. We can colour match to any shade and have four textures:
Super Matt
Matt sheen
Sheen
Gloss
With this option, we can also match detailed kickboards and other timber features to your doors and panels.
Category 4 profile, Two Pack Polyurathane Cabinetry, with Category 1 profile end panels.
To reduce your price, you can mix and match between the three ranges
and we have the experience to select how you can do this,without compromising the end result.
Specialty finishes
Veneer and Solid Timber Doors
If you love the look of real timber, we also have a range of timber veneer and solid timber door profiles and species to choose from. As a natural product, solid timber and veneer doors can be painted or stained as required in various finishes.
D.I.Y. ready to paint doors
If you’re handy and have some extra time available, we can also delivery your doors and panels raw and ready for you to paint. This is a great way of saving some money and if you chip a door, you can always touch it up yourself.
Outdoor Kitchens
We are pleased to also provide a range of cabinetry suitable for outdoor applications. We have a variety of carcass material as well as various doors, depending on the amount of sun and rain the area is exposed to.
