Step One

How much you would like to budget, so we can suggest the correct products and layout.
Step Two
Once we have all of the information we need, we head back and the design process begins.
Your new kitchen is created in our 3D design software. This gives us the opportunity to virtually remove your existing kitchen, move, add or demolish walls and look at the area with fresh eyes… taking into consideration everything discussed at our consultation.
We can save you time and source any appliances, splashbacks, sinks, tapware, lighting, wallpaper, shutters and upholstered seating you need, as well.
Your quotation is detailed so you know everything we’re supplying.

Step three
Within two weeks from our in home consultation, our proposal will be ready. We can either meet again on site, at a separate residence, or at one of the many showrooms around Brisbane. A favourite meeting location is at The Build And Design Centre in South Brisbane, which has free parking and displays of the products we use.
At this meeting we will present our proposed design. You will be able to see your kitchen drawn to scale as a floor plan, elevations, and simple 3D perspective views so you will be able to see just what your new kitchen will look like. You will also be shown a full scheme of proposed finishes and given samples to keep.
During this meeting we note any changes you would like to make then re-quote if needed. All details are documented so that we know exactly what you want, and you know exactly what you’re getting.
Step four- almost there!
Confirming your order is simple. The design fee you have paid comes off the price of your cabinetry as a holding deposit. We then require a deposit of 25% and sign off your detailed plans, elevastions and specifications, to ensure all details are clear.
We meet onsite with your installer who will carry out a check measure and go over the plans so he is familiar with all the details.
Within a week of your check measure being completed, your delivery date will be confirmed and installation and other trades can also be scheduled. Progress payments will be allocated along the way as discussed, with your final payment due 2 business days before delivery.
By the afternoon before delivery, times will be confirmed by our delivery manager.
Installation is paid directly to your installer and other tradesmen after the work has been completed. Installation of your cabinets usually takes 1-2 days, depending on the size and layout. After your cabinets are installed, Stone benchtops are then templated and installed 5-10 working days later.
Lastly…
You get to unpack years of loved crockery, trinkets and forgotten items that were hiding in the back corners of your old kitchen… and start enjoying your new, tailor made one.
